Vinification :Alcoholic fermentation between 28º and 30º C to get more color and structure. Four light pump-over every day.Post fermenting maceration for about two weeks, then the juice was separated from the skins. Part of the wine was put in oak. Complete malolactic fermentation.
Aging :30% of the volume for 6 months in French oak.
